Can I take this course if have no money or finance knowledge?
Absolutely!! Designed for those with little or some finance/money knowledge and designed to give you the basics.
I’m not good with money concepts, will I understand this course?
A really fair question! We’ve taken the super complex language out of this course to make it really easy to understand and most importantly take in!
How long will this course take to complete?
We estimate each module should take about an hour to complete including your worksheets. It is work at your own pace though so could take you more or less depending on your speed. We have a library of articles if you’d like to do more research.
Are there set times to take the course or can I learn at my own pace?
This particular course is designed to learn at your own pace. As you complete each module the next one will become available.
How long do I have access to the course?
We get it! Sometimes money learning can take time to really stick! This course will be available to to you up to 12 months from your enrollment date.
Can I take this course if I live outside of Australia?
For sure! Of course you can!! Some things may not match your country, like income, tax brackets and living expenses, but the main lessons in this course are completely adaptable to your life.
Does this course come in any other languages?
Unfortunately right now, we are only in English. In the near future we may offer Spanish and French sub-titles/voice over.
I don’t have a computer, can I take this course?
Yep!! We’ve designed this course so it’s mobile friendly!! You’ll need to ensure you’ve done the pre-work around your bank accounts and have easy access to that info for the worksheets, but absolutely don’t need a computer
I don’t like the course, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately we don’t refund you so change of mind, or if you don’t like the content of our course. Helix Planning handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
