Changemaking Panel 1

The first change making panel centres women’s leadership, creating space for local businesswomen to share their journeys openly, including the challenges they have faced, the decisions they have had to make, and the realities of leading within regional communities. These conversations are grounded in lived experience rather than theory, offering insight that resonates far beyond the room.

Changemaking Panel 2

The second changemaking panel brings men into the conversation in a meaningful and intentional way. These are men who lead, employ, influence and shape outcomes within the Clarence Valley, and who recognise their role in supporting strong, inclusive leadership and community legacy. Their participation is not symbolic. It reflects the belief that lasting change requires shared responsibility.

Facilitated Workshop

A facilitated workshop follows, designed to move the conversation beyond reflection and into practical consideration. This session focuses on what leadership looks like in action, how responsibility is carried collectively, and how the ideas explored throughout the afternoon can translate into real-world outcomes.

Business Lunch Experience

Throughout the experience, guests are invited to enjoy a curated grazing platter, business lunch and dessert, creating an environment that is warm, considered and conducive to genuine conversation. The Changemakers Business Lunch exists to create connection with purpose, conversation with depth, and leadership that extends beyond a single event.
